Christmas is Around the Corner :-)

81 days till Christmas!
Its early for some to put and hang Christmas decors, but living in the country where they doesn't value the celebrations excite us to see red, green and golds decorations even only inside our house.
Last week, my cousin Mommy Peach started the "Christmas around the corner" sa bahay ni Lolo't Lola :-)

This is the same photo she posted in Facebook and sympre trending, until through comments' box Doha family agreed that this year we will put Santa sack for each kid in the family, may age limit until elementary bracket lang :-) After mapuno ang santa sacks kung ipapacargo sa Pinas or sa Hawaii...e paano naman ipapadala ng mga taga Pinas ang gift for Baby Red (Doha) at Baby Sab (Hawaii)?
I love to decorate house especially during Christmas season - to wrap garland on our stairs, to hangs Christmas balls, to arrange the seasonal figurines on the table and to put sweets on the candy jars. I will surely miss those things as Christmas is getting near.
Yesterday after I attended Friday morning service from our church, I received an sms from ate Che inviting me to have lunch at their house ^__^ and since it took me almost an hour to be there, eto na ang nadatnan ko...

Jep and Jo assembled the Christmas tree while ate Che is the one who hanged the balls habang ako ay nageenjoy kumain ..hahaha.

Some Christmas ornaments from the boxes are....

Hindi kasama si Bella sa mga gamit na galing sa box, nakikiusyoso lang sya kaya feel na feel nya sa tabi ni santa reindeer.
 Figurines and candy's plate....
And more plate and figurines....
ang kulang na lang ay candies :-) sinong gustong magsponsor? hehehe

For some countries as soon as the BER month stepped you can see colorful lights and lanterns all over the street, giant Christmas trees on malls and hear Christmas songs on taxis and radio. Well not here in Doha, but it doesn't mean guys that you will let your season be spoiled. There are still some shops even in major malls that are selling Christmas decorations and you can still see giant trees, yon nga lang kapag December na usually.

But more than to those decorations and other Christmas stuffs, may we not forget the real essence of the celebration - Jesus is the reason of the season.
More than any occasions Christmas reminds us to love one another, kaya nga sana araw-araw na lang Pasko not because of gifts or foods on the table but for the love of people how they are willing to reach one another.
Continue to check here on my site on more updates about Christmas and holidays....
Nakakamiss din ang bibingka at puto bungbong :-)
